Graduation Project, supported by Dropout
Prevention funding from the NC Department of Public Instruction,
targets students who are at risk of not meeting new graduation
requirements beginning June 2010. CCT! recruits mentors to

Chatham County Together! recruits tutors
to work one-on-one with students throughout the county.

Family Advocacy
& Support

Families of children with behavioral and/or
emotional issues can receive support as they navigate the
mental health, school, and/or criminal justice systems. This
service is also offered to Spanish-speaking parents.
